Hi and welcome to my blog! 
I am super excited to share my favorite OG resources and expertise! First, let me share a little bit about my journey.
I have taught second and third grade, K-12 Resource, held district leadership positions, and been a literacy coach. I have also been an Orton-Gillingham tutor for 25 years. When my son could not learn to read after two years in kindergarten, I knew we needed some help. I found out about OG and became a tutor. It was the only approach that helped my son. I have tutored hundreds of children over the years.
I want to share many of the things that I have learned as an educator and OG tutor. I believe that teachers need to be equipped to work with all children. Some need more specialized approaches while others will learn with ease. I work with teachers to provide the strategies that will help all students be successful. We find ways to fit the strategies into their existing schedule with the least amount of stress.
